Our residential pick-up and delivery service area includes:

Fairfield, CT
We also provide valet services to local hotels in Fairfield County.
Once you establish a delivery account with PTC, we will speak with you about any personal preferences you may have regarding the cleaning, laundering, and/or finishing of your garments or any special concerns you may have.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY DETAILS
+ Minimum pick-up and delivery order
The minimum order to receive delivery services is $20.
+ PICK-UP AND DELIVERY LOCATION
With your written authorization, we will pick-up and deliver your order to the individual or location that you designate in your absence.
+ PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or debit card are the accepted method of payment for route delivery service, and payment will be processed upon delivery.
+ PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Our normal pick-up and delivery schedule is every Tuesday and Friday from 12 pm - 5 pm.
Specialty items including fine bed and table linens may take 1 week to process and clean. Leathers, suede, and wedding gowns take 2 weeks; and shoe repair takes 1 week.
