Restoration process - for the insured

STEP 1

Email us at: info@ptcnorwalk.com. Our customer call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Alternatively, fill out the form to the right. 

Step 2

Upon receipt of the loss information, our disaster restoration specialist will contact you - the insured - detail our credentials, and describe the services to be performed. One of our experienced uniformed staff will coordinate a convenient time for survey and pickup. All of our dispatched site crew has extensive restoration experience.

Upon receipt of the damaged items, PTC will personally itemize the inventory and provide invoicing.

We will then apply a special cleaning method to successfully restore the garments. This decision is only made by a professional technician. Even if the garment has extensive damage, customers can be assured that their items will be restored to pre-disaster condition and treated with care.

HOW OUR RESTORATION IS DIFFERENT

We are committed to restoring your garments to pre-disaster conditions. We utilize a special process called "ozone treatment" to eliminate all odors in fabrics instead of simply masking them. The process turns O2 into O3 removing the smoke odors from fabrics. The end result is complete removal of all stains and odors.
